Screen Printing — Omaha, NE
Custom screen printed t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel for teams and businesses — produced in-house at our Omaha facility with fast turnaround and no compromises on color.
The Service
Screen printing is the most cost-effective decoration method for larger quantities — and the results speak for themselves. Bold, saturated colors that hold up wash after wash. We run our own presses in Omaha, which means we control the timeline, the ink, and the quality from start to finish.

FAQ
Typically 12–24 pieces per design. Screen printing requires setup for each color in your design — screens, ink mixing, registration — so smaller runs don’t pencil out the same way. For very small quantities (under 12), embroidery or direct-to-garment printing may be a better fit. We’ll tell you which method makes the most sense for your job before you commit.
We can print up to 8 colors per location on most jobs. Each color requires a separate screen, so pricing increases with color count — but for most business logos, 1–4 colors is standard and very cost-effective. If your design has gradients or photographic detail, we can discuss simulated process or halftone techniques that achieve complex looks within a limited color count.
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from approved proof. Rush orders are available for tighter timelines — contact us with your deadline and we’ll tell you what’s possible. Because production runs in-house, we have more flexibility than shops that rely on third-party print vendors.
Screen printing uses ink pressed through a mesh screen to create flat, vibrant designs — best for bold graphics, event shirts, and larger quantities. Embroidery uses thread stitched directly into the fabric — it has a premium, dimensional look and holds up extremely well on structured items like polos, hats, and jackets. Many clients use both: screen printing for their t-shirts and embroidery for their outerwear. We do both in-house and can help you choose.
Yes. We offer Pantone color matching to hit your exact brand standards. Provide us with your Pantone PMS colors and our team will mix inks to match. Keep in mind that garment color and ink type can affect how a color reads — we’ll flag anything that might look different on fabric versus on screen before your proof is approved.
