We typically work with programs starting at 10 kits, though some programs start smaller. There’s no hard ceiling — we’ve fulfilled programs from 10 kits to 10,000+. The economics of kitting improve with volume (lower per-kit cost on assembly and shipping), but we can make smaller programs work depending on what’s in the box. Tell us what you need and we’ll give you an honest picture of what it looks like at your quantity.
Yes. If you have existing inventory — company collateral, products you manufacture, or items you’ve already purchased — you can ship it to our facility and we’ll incorporate it into the kit assembly. Just let us know upfront what you’re supplying so we can account for it in the assembly plan. We’ll source and decorate any remaining items on our end.
Yes — that’s the point of a fulfillment program. You give us a spreadsheet with recipient names, addresses, and any personalization (like shirt sizes), and we ship each kit individually to its destination. We ship anywhere in the continental US. For international shipping, contact us and we’ll discuss options and logistics on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, within limits. Common personalizations include different shirt sizes per recipient, handwritten or printed name cards, and variable inserts (like personalized welcome letters). Highly individualized items — like custom-engraved products or name-printed drinkware for each recipient — are possible but add lead time and cost. Tell us what level of personalization you need and we’ll tell you what’s feasible for your timeline and budget.
Plan for 3–5 weeks from program kickoff to first deliveries for a standard program. That covers sourcing, decorating, assembly, and shipping. Rush programs are possible for critical deadlines — share your date with us early and we’ll tell you what’s achievable. The biggest variable is usually item sourcing lead time, which is why getting us involved early is always better than waiting until the last minute.
