Many businesses order a dozen polos or hats at a time to outfit a small team or management group. We’ll tell you upfront if your quantity changes the per-piece price significantly.

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. It maps out every thread path, color change, and stitch type. We include digitizing on new logo setups — you won’t see a separate line item. Once your logo is digitized, we store the file and reuse it on future orders at no additional charge.

It depends on the design. Embroidery works best with clean lines, clear shapes, and limited small text. Very fine detail (thin lines, tiny fonts under 0.25 inches tall, photographic gradients) can be difficult to reproduce accurately in thread. If your logo has elements that won’t translate well, we’ll tell you before you commit — and we can often suggest a simplified version that still looks great.

Embroidery is more durable than virtually any print method. Thread doesn’t crack, fade, or peel the way ink can over time. Embroidered logos on polos and workwear regularly outlast the garment itself. It’s the right choice when you want the decoration to hold up through daily wear and commercial washing — especially on structured items like hats and outerwear.

Choose embroidery when you want a premium, dimensional look — especially on structured items like hats, polos, and jackets. Choose screen printing when you’re printing a large graphic, need many colors across a full surface area, or are doing high volume on soft items like t-shirts.
